Quality Standard of Installation and Quality Insurance Measure

The quality acceptance of equipment installation shall be conducted according to the requirement of related chapters in the DL/T5047-95 Boiler Machine Set of the GB50231-98 specifications.

Quality Insurance Measure

(1) Before construction, review the drawing together and formulate the construction working guidance book.

(2) Organize construction employees to conduct technical disclosure in order to make them known the construction method and quality requirement. Make good disclosure record.

(3) After the equipment arrives at the site and before installation transferring, pay attention to strengthen the maintenance and repair work. Appoint special person to handle it. The person who constructs it shall be responsible for storing it.

(4) According to the item inspection requirement in the Construction Quality Inspection Items Division Form (Boiler Installation Part), conduct the acceptance work in each phrase well.

(5) When installing the import equipment, including grate and pusher, accept the guidance and monitoring of the foreign investor. Organize the construction and installation acceptance strictly according to the requirement and standard of foreign investor.

(6) During the construction, strengthen the quality monitoring and inspection. Strictly correct the behavior, which violates the construction technology. Check the cause of the problem and learn lessons from it. Take action and confirm the responsible person. Fill in the disqualified items sheet and follow the sealing.
