航空航天是我國大力發(fā)展領(lǐng)域之一，航空航天發(fā)展的成功與否直接影響著我國科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展水平。航空航天翻譯領(lǐng)域和其他翻譯領(lǐng)域不同，航空航天領(lǐng)域的翻譯難度和專業(yè)度較大。安保問題一直是航空航天領(lǐng)域所關(guān)心的問題，翻譯公司現(xiàn)整理總結(jié)航天領(lǐng)域安保問題中英對照版。

1、飛行法律法規(guī)類

根據(jù)民航局法律法規(guī)及公司《航空安全保衛(wèi)手冊》等規(guī)章，對關(guān)于乘客的航空安保注意事項總結(jié)如下：

In accordance with the CAAC aviation laws and regulations, as well as the Aviation Security Manual of the Company, the aviation security guidelines for passengers are summarized as follows:

符合下列條件之一的，公司有權(quán)拒絕運輸：

The Company has the authority to refuse carriage of any passenger or his/her belongings in any of the following conditions:

乘客不遵守國家法律、法規(guī)或首都航空(公務(wù)機)乘機安全規(guī)定的;

The passenger has failed to observe the national laws, regulations or instructions of the Capital Airlines (Deer Jet Co., Ltd.);

國家的有關(guān)法律、法規(guī)、政策規(guī)定禁止運輸?shù)娜藛T及危險品、違禁物品;

The passenger, hazardous material, or article is prohibited for transportation by the relevant national laws, regulations or policies;

乘客的行為、年齡、精神或身體狀況不適合航空旅行，可能對他人及飛行安全造成危險或危害的;

The behavior, age, or mental or physical state of the passenger is unfit for air transportation and may cause any hazard or damage to others orthe flight safety;

乘客拒絕接受安全檢查的;The passenger has refused to submit to a security check;

乘客攜帶違禁、危險行李物品的;

The passenger carries in person or carry-on luggage any prohibited item or hazardous material;

其他可能危害空防安全的情況。Other situation that may endanger the aviation security.

說明：對于拒不接受安全檢查的乘客或者無法排除疑慮的乘客，機長有權(quán)禁止其登機。

NOTE: The captain may refuse the passenger to board the airplane if the passenger refuses to submit to a security check or the suspicion to the passenger cannot be eliminated.

駕駛艙的安全保衛(wèi)Security of the Cockpit

駕駛艙作為飛機關(guān)鍵部位，除下列人員外，嚴禁任何人員進入飛行中的航空器駕駛艙:

As a critical part of the airplane, any person is prohibited to enter the cockpit during flight except the following:

在飛行期間，當發(fā)現(xiàn)存在電子干擾并懷疑該干擾來自機上乘員使用的便攜式電子設(shè)備時，機組有權(quán)制止乘客繼續(xù)使用;對于不聽從勸阻的情況，可強制其關(guān)機，或?qū)ζ湓O(shè)備暫時予以扣押，保存，并按非法干擾的處置程序進行處理。

During flight, if electronic interference is observed and is suspected to be originated from the portable electronic devices used by any person on board, the flight crew may stop the usage of the devices; if the person refuses to comply with the instruction, the crew may compel the person to turn off the devices, or temporarily detain and preserve the devices, and dispose in accordance with the unlawful interference disposal procedures.

允許使用助聽器、心臟起博器和其它體內(nèi)醫(yī)療設(shè)備、電子表、剃須刀、可接受的個人使用的維持生命裝置、公司所安裝的設(shè)備(如：電話/視聽設(shè)備等)。

Use of audiphones, cardiac pacemakers, as well as other embedded medical devices, electronic watches, electrical shavers, acceptable personal life support unit, and devices installed by the airlines (e.g. telephones/AV equipment) are allowed.
